Lanisha Powell

L. Renee is a Buffalo native and mother of two children. At 32 after being an avid Urban Fiction reader she decided to follow her lifelong dream of being a writer. She submitted her work and has been signed to Mz. Lady P Presents since April 2018. Her debut Novel "Losing Lyric" was released on 09/13/2018. She fell in love with reading as a small child and decided her dream was to be a writer when in the fourth grade. After facing many challenges she channeled that into her writing and she plans to continue to share her work with the world for years to come.
